we love fall, we love pumpkins + we love our mask mondays. so today, we've combined them all into one for a DIY good time! pumpkins are rich in antioxidants (think vitamins A, C + E), while oatmeal is soothing and nourishing for the skin (a must have this time of year as temps continue to fall). this pumpkin mask is one of our favorite DIY recipes and contains only 3 simple ingredients.
3 ingredient DIY pumpkin face mask
1. 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
2. 1 teaspoon oil (olive, jojoba, sweet almond, grapeseed - whatever you have on hand)
3. 1 tablespoon ground oats (or oat flour)
*combine + mix ingredients in a bowl. apply to face for 10-15 minutes and rinse with warm water.
